PRIVACY POLICY
Who we are
inthallo (INTHALLO LIMITED) is a company registered in Scotland, company number SC532353, with a registered office at Forth House, 28 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BW. Our main trading address is 111 Park Street, London, W1K 7JF. We're the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. If you have any questions about how we handle your information, you can reach us at [email protected].
What information we collect
• Contact and enquiry details you give us, for example if you get in touch through our contact form, this might include your name, email address, and any other details you choose to share about your enquiry or organisation.
• Information about how you use our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and the site that referred you to us. We collect some of this through cookies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
If you go on to invest, partner or work with us more directly, we may collect further information relevant to that relationship, we'll always be clear with you about what we're collecting and why.
Our site isn't directed at, and we don't knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16.
Why we use your information, and our lawful basis
We ask for your consent when you use our contact form, and we only use that information for the purpose you gave it to us for, to respond to your enquiry and get in touch about it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected]; we'll action this within 30 days.
We also use website usage information to keep the site running well and to understand how it's used, so we can improve it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this notice, or as long as the law requires us to, and no longer.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We only disclose it where we're required to by law, or to trusted service providers who help us run inthallo (such as our website and analytics providers) — who process it only on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
International transfers
Personal information is normally kept within the UK. If we ever need to transfer it outside the UK, we make sure it's protected to a standard that isn't materially lower than the protection it would have here — for example, through the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses, or by confirming the receiving country has adequate data protection laws in place.
Your rights
You have the right to:
• ask us what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate or incomplete
• ask us to delete your information
• object to how we're using it, or ask us to restrict that use
• ask for your information in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, where we're relying on it
To use any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We'll normally respond within a month.
If you have a concern
If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your personal information, please tell us first, contact us at [email protected] and we'll look into it. We'll acknowledge your concern within 30 days and aim to resolve it as quickly as we reasonably can.
If you're not satisfied with our response, or you'd simply prefer to, you can also complain directly to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
